We appreciate your understanding regarding our appointment scheduling. Given the influx of last-minute walk-ins, we may be unable to accommodate custom outfit requests, particularly when there are fewer than two months for delivery. We encourage you to schedule appointments in advance for both viewings and measurements to ensure optimal service. Your is greatly appreciated and allows us to serve you more effectively.

To ensure a personalized experience, we kindly request that each bride brings no more than two guests, such as a partner and a mother. Any additional guests need to schedule separate appointments for different visits. Furthermore, please be aware that bridal outfits, saris, and non-bridal appointments must be booked individually, and we cannot accept bookings made on behalf of other clients.
